Returns and Exchanges

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@brambleandcodogwear.co.uk . We ask you please include your full name, order number, shipping address and item details in the email.  

We unfortunately cannot accept returns of items based on purchasing the incorrect size. We always recommend measuring your dogs first before ordering to ensure correct fitting. In this circumstance we can only offer an exchange. 

Please note, we can only accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Unworn items
  • Still in the original packaging and with the tags attached
  • In resellable condition

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Please note the cost to return the items to us will be at your own expense

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

    Shipping fees are not refundable. 

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@brambleandcodogwear.co.uk

    Exchanges 

    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@brambleandcodogwear.co.uk. 

    We will only ship your exchanged item, once we have received and inspected the original item. 

     

     Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, sale items or gift cards.

     

    Cancellations

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: info@brambleandcodogwear.co.uk. 

    If your order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order, and the cost to return the items to us will be at your own expense. 

     

    Damages and issues


    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
