Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with you order, we're here to help! 


If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at . We ask you please include your full name, order number, shipping address and item details in the email.  

Please note, we can only accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Unworn items
  • Still in the original packaging and with the tags attached


If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at 

    We will only ship your exchanged item, once we have received and inspected the original item. 


     Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: 

    If your order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order, and the cost to return the items to us will be at your own expense. 


    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
