Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and be in resellable condition. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns of items based on purchase of the incorrect size. We always recommend measuring your dogs first before ordering to ensure correct fitting. In this circumstance we can only offer an exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brambleandcodogwear.co.uk .
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are unable to give refunds for items not received back to us and you will need to issue a claim with the mail carrier.
If you are returning a faulty item for a refund or exchange please retain proof of postage and this will be added to your refund.
